This hotel is in a great location near a transportation hub, allowing easy access to the rest of the city. You can walk back from the city landmarks to your comfortable room, which is significantly larger than the shower. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and breakfast is classic Italian with various pastries, meats, and bread, but also a possibility to get something better at the nearby Termini station.
As noted in one review, the lift might not always work smoothly.

Suitable for solo travelers. Rooms are cleaned daily and the aircon works well. The hotel is secure. Breakfast is varied and includes free cappuccinos. The rooftop patio is perfect for sunset drinks. Great service, comfort, and value for money.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and numerous restaurants and bars nearby. It was also convenient for arriving from and departing to the airport and cruise port. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing excellent advice and even offering a free take-away breakfast for our early flight.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient for getting around and seeing all of the sights this city has to offer. I was impressed with how clean the room was and how well the staff took care of it. The breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel staff were friendly and were always there to greet me.

The coffee served at the hotel was quite dreadful and the breakfast selection was limited.

We were kinda surprised by our spacious room at Hotel Impero. Although the bathtub was a bit slippery, the staff promptly provided us with a rubber mat upon our request. we enjoyed our comfortable stay and will recommend this hotel.
